PAYMENT 


Rêve accepts payments in the form of Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. For purchases made online but shipped outside of Italy, the purchaser is liable for any taxes owed.

HOURS OF OPERATION


We operate during business days. All orders placed during weekends will take 1-2 days to process with standard shipping. If it is a next day order we will ship at earliest convenience. Please be advised delivery dates may adjust due to the impact of COVID-19. We appreciate your patience as we do our utmost to meet, if not exceed, your expectations.

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES 


If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you have not received it, please contact Customer Service at info@revecollections.com  Note: we do not take responsibility for lost/missing packages that show successful delivery to the order address.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS 

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged or in the wrong size. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an exchange request within 14 days at info@revecollections.com and send your item to: Francesca Cretella, Via Goito, 3, Milano, It 20121

PLEASE FILE AN EXCHANGE REQUEST WITHIN 14 DAYS OF DELIVERY


Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your delivery, and you haven't filed an exchange request, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. We cannot accept exchanges on any item that is returned more than 20 days after an exchange request has been issued. 

Additional non-exchangeable items:
Final sales and all discounted items. 

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

Shipping Exchanges
To exchange your product, please mail your product to: Francesca Cretella, Via Goito, 3, Milano, It 20121.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over 75euro, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Rêve is not responsible for any exchanges lost in transit - it is recommended that you include tracking and insurance for your protection.
